It does not provide professional advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation or standard. The professional judgement, and legal responsibility for an assessment, remain with the competent assessor and the responsible person. AI-generated action plans are drafting aids that must be reviewed and approved by a competent person.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service to you.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time.

Limitation of liability
