Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Assura Safety website and application (the “Service”), provided by Assura Safety Ltd (“Assura Safety”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Professional responsibility
Assura Safety is a tool to help competent professionals carry out, document and report fire risk assessments. It does not provide professional advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation or standard. The professional judgement, and legal responsibility for an assessment, remain with the competent assessor and the responsible person. AI-generated action plans are drafting aids that must be reviewed and approved by a competent person.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service to you.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assura Safety is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on the Service in place of professional judgement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
